Financial, accounting, invoice and tax records are usually kept for up to 6 years, or longer where required by law.
Enquiries and prospective renter or brand partner records are usually kept for up to 12 months, unless the enquiry becomes an active relationship or a longer period is needed.
Marketing records and preferences are kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or we no longer need the record. We may keep suppression records to make sure we respect your opt-out choices.
CCTV footage is usually kept for around 30 days, unless the footage is needed for an incident, investigation, insurance, legal or safety reason.
