Last updated: 30/05/2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Eladé Studio website, web booking app, booking platform, studio premises, chair rental services, studio hire services, concept store arrangements, brand display opportunities and any other services provided by Eladé Studio. As at the date of these Terms, the web booking app is intended for chair rental bookings only. Studio hire, concept store, brand display, events, pop-ups, private hire and other non-chair arrangements are handled and quoted separately by email unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Eladé Hair operates separately from Eladé Studio. Hair products, wigs, extensions, hair retail orders, custom units, hair delivery, hair returns and hair-specific services are subject to the separate terms and policies shown on the Eladé Hair website, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
By using our website or booking app, making a booking, hiring the studio, renting a chair, displaying products in the concept store, attending the premises or using any part of the Eladé Studio services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Website and Booking Platform Use
You agree to use the Eladé Studio website, booking app and booking platform only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
• misuse the website, booking system, studio access system or payment system;
• attempt to interfere with the website's security, operation or availability;
• provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• make bookings on behalf of another person without permission;
• use the website, booking platform or studio to promote unlawful, unsafe, offensive or harmful activity;
• copy, reproduce or exploit Eladé's branding, images, content, designs, layouts, studio concept or intellectual property without written permission.
We may update, suspend, restrict or remove access to our website, booking platform or services at any time where reasonably necessary.
4. Bookings
All bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Chair rental bookings may be made through the Eladé Studio website, web booking app, booking platform, directly with Eladé Studio, or through another approved booking method.
At present, the Eladé Studio web booking app is intended for chair rental bookings only. This may change in the future if we add other booking types to the app or booking platform.
Studio hire, concept store arrangements, brand display opportunities, events, pop-ups, private hire, content days, launches, workshops and any other non-chair bookings are handled separately by email. These bookings are not automatically confirmed through the chair booking app and must be quoted, agreed and confirmed by Eladé Studio in writing.
A booking is not confirmed until you have completed the required booking process, paid any required deposit, booking fee, pre-authorisation, damage deposit or full payment, and received confirmation from Eladé Studio or the relevant booking platform.
You are responsible for checking that all booking details are correct, including the booking type, date, time, duration, allocated chair or space, attendees, add-ons and any special requirements.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel or amend a booking where payment has not been received, there is a pricing or availability error, the booking is unsuitable, the booking breaches these Terms & Conditions, or we reasonably believe the booking may create a safety, conduct, operational, legal or reputational issue.
5. Payments, Deposits and Booking Fees
Some bookings may require a deposit, booking fee, pre-authorisation, damage deposit or full upfront payment.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, deposits and booking fees secure the relevant booking time, chair, studio hire slot, concept store arrangement, brand display arrangement or other agreed studio use.
Full payment may be required before or at the start of the booking. If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed or is not received on time, we may cancel, release or suspend the booking.
For studio hire, concept store arrangements, brand activations, private hire, events, pop-ups, workshops, content days or other non-chair bookings, pricing and payment terms will usually be handled separately by email and quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Where a separate quote, email confirmation, invoice or written agreement exists, that quote, confirmation, invoice or agreement will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
6. Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Amendments
Cancellations, refunds, booking amendments, late arrivals and no-shows are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, in your email quote, invoice, booking confirmation or separate written agreement, bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time may be eligible for a full refund, and bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time may be non-refundable.
You may amend or reschedule a booking free of charge if the change is made more than 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the start time may be refused, treated as a late cancellation, or subject to additional charges.
For non-chair bookings handled by email, including studio hire, concept store arrangements, brand display, events, pop-ups, launches, workshops and content days, the cancellation, amendment, payment and refund terms may be set out in the relevant quote, invoice, email confirmation or written agreement.
If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Booking & Cancellation Policy, these Terms & Conditions will apply unless a specific email quote, invoice, booking confirmation or written agreement states otherwise for that booking.
7. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
You are responsible for arriving on time for your booking.
If you arrive late, your booking will still end at the original scheduled end time unless we agree otherwise and additional time is available. We are not required to extend your booking or provide a refund for any time lost due to late arrival.
For chair rental bookings, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to release the chair and make it available to another professional. In this case, your booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be due.
For studio hire, event, pop-up, concept store or other non-chair bookings, late arrival does not automatically extend the booking period. Setup, preparation, pack-down and cleaning must still be completed within the original booked time unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you do not attend your booking and do not cancel in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No-shows may be non-refundable, and repeated no-shows may result in Eladé Studio refusing future bookings or requiring full payment upfront.
8. Booking Duration, Setup and Pack-Down
Your booking time includes any setup, preparation, use of the space, guest arrival, client time, cleaning and pack-down unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You must leave the chair, station, studio area, display area or hired space by the end of your booked time.
If you exceed your booked time, additional charges may apply. Overtime is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
For studio hire, events, pop-ups, content days, brand activations and concept store arrangements, all setup, filming, photography, styling, product display, event activity, guest time, clean-up and pack-down must take place within the agreed booking period unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
9. Booking App and Technical Issues
We aim to keep our website, booking app and booking platform accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to date.
If a technical issue results in an incorrect booking, duplicate booking, pricing error, availability error or failed payment, we may need to amend or cancel the booking.
Where this happens and you are not at fault, we will offer a refund, alternative booking option or other appropriate remedy where possible.
10. Cancellations or Changes by Eladé Studio
We may need to cancel, move or amend a booking due to circumstances outside our control or for operational, safety, staffing, maintenance, building, technical, legal, licensing or business reasons.
Where this happens and you are not at fault, we will aim to offer one of the following:
• rescheduling to another suitable time;
• transfer to another suitable space, chair or provider where appropriate;
• credit against a future booking;
• a refund where legally required or where no suitable alternative is available.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, travel costs, accommodation, supplier fees, model fees, lost earnings, lost opportunities or other expenses arising from a booking change or cancellation, unless required by law.
11. Consultations, Patch Tests and Suitability
Some services carried out at, through, or in connection with Eladé Studio may require a consultation, patch test, strand test, colour test, allergy test or suitability assessment before the service can be carried out.
This may apply to services involving colour, adhesives, chemicals, lace glue, treatments, extensions, wigs, scalp contact products or any other product or process that may carry sensitivity or suitability risks.
You agree to:
• provide accurate information about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, scalp conditions, previous reactions, hair history and product use;
• follow any pre-appointment instructions given by Eladé Studio, Eladé staff, or the professional carrying out the service;
• attend any required patch test, consultation or suitability assessment within the required timeframe;
• tell us or the relevant professional immediately if you experience irritation, discomfort or an unexpected reaction.
Eladé Studio or the relevant professional may refuse, postpone or amend a service if it is believed to be unsafe, unsuitable or inappropriate to proceed.
Failure to complete a required patch test or consultation may result in cancellation of the service, and cancellation fees may apply.
12. Service Results and Client Responsibility
Where services are provided directly by Eladé Studio or by an independent professional working from Eladé Studio, we aim for a high-quality experience. However, results may vary depending on your hair type, hair condition, scalp condition, previous treatments, product history, maintenance routine, lifestyle and aftercare.
You are responsible for following any aftercare guidance provided. Eladé Studio is not responsible for issues caused by:
• failure to follow aftercare instructions;
• use of unsuitable third-party products;
• removing, adjusting or altering a wig, install, extensions, style or treatment yourself;
• services carried out elsewhere after your Eladé Studio appointment or visit;
• inaccurate or incomplete information provided during consultation;
• pre-existing hair, scalp, skin or medical conditions.
If you are unhappy with a service, you must contact us within 7 days of the appointment so the matter can be reviewed. We may request photos, an in-person review or further information before deciding whether any correction, adjustment or goodwill remedy is appropriate.
Where a service was provided by an independent professional, that professional may be responsible for assessing and resolving the service issue, although Eladé Studio may assist with communication where appropriate.
13. Client, Visitor and Studio Conduct
Eladé Studio is a premium professional environment. All clients, visitors, stylists, chair renters, brands, suppliers, contractors, attendees and guests must behave respectfully and follow our studio rules.
You must not:
• abuse, threaten, harass, discriminate against or intimidate staff, stylists, clients, visitors or other users;
• damage studio property, furniture, equipment, fixtures, fittings, walls, mirrors, flooring, products or displays;
• bring unauthorised guests, assistants, suppliers or clients without approval;
• create excessive noise, disruption, nuisance or mess;
• smoke, vape or consume alcohol or drugs unless expressly permitted for an approved event;
• use the studio for unlawful, unsafe, offensive or inappropriate purposes;
• take photos or videos of other clients, staff, stylists, professionals, brands, private areas or confidential activity without permission;
• interfere with another stylist's, client's, brand's or user's work.
We reserve the right to refuse access, end a booking early or ask anyone to leave the studio immediately if behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, damaging, unlawful or harmful to Eladé Studio’s reputation. No refund will be provided where removal is due to misconduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Additional charges may also apply for any damage, cleaning, overtime, replacement, repair or other costs caused by you or anyone attending as part of your booking or arrangement.
14. Studio Hire Terms
Studio hire means temporary use of Eladé Studio, or an agreed part of the studio, for a specific booking, date, time, duration and purpose. Studio hire does not give you ownership, tenancy, exclusive legal possession or any long-term right to occupy the space.
Studio hire is not currently booked through the chair booking app. Studio hire enquiries, quotes, availability, inclusions, deposits, damage deposits and any special requirements will be handled separately by email unless Eladé Studio confirms another approved booking process in writing.
Studio hire may be used only for the purpose agreed at the time of booking. This may include content creation, photo shoots, video shoots, brand shoots, private appointments, workshops, pop-ups, launch events, small events, brand activations, education sessions, meetings or other approved uses.
Studio hire users agree to:
• use the studio only for the approved purpose;
• keep within the booked time;
• ensure all setup, preparation, filming, photography, styling, guest arrival, event time, cleaning and pack-down happens within the booked period unless agreed otherwise in writing;
• return the studio in the condition it was provided;
• follow all access, health, safety, hygiene, noise, cleaning and conduct rules;
• obtain Eladé Studio's consent before moving furniture, using specialist equipment, filming in restricted areas, bringing large props, bringing external suppliers or exceeding agreed attendee numbers;
• obtain all necessary permissions, licences, releases and consents for any shoot, event, team, models, content, music, products and activities;
• ensure any content created does not damage Eladé Studio's reputation or imply endorsement without our written approval.
Additional charges may apply for overtime, cleaning, damage, unauthorised use, excessive mess, missing items, security, staffing or breach of the hire terms.
15. Chair Rental Terms
Eladé Studio offers chair rental and workspace access for approved independent professionals, including but not limited to hairstylists, braiders, makeup artists, grooming professionals, beauty professionals and creative service providers.
Chair rental may be available hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or through another structure confirmed at the time of booking. Chair rental does not create employment, partnership, agency, tenancy or exclusive possession of the premises.
Professionals using the Eladé Studio space agree that:
• they operate as independent professionals and are not employees, workers, agents or representatives of Eladé Studio unless separately agreed in writing;
• they are responsible for their own clients, services, pricing, conduct, tax, insurance, professional compliance and legal obligations;
• they must hold any required qualifications, licences, insurance and professional approvals for the services they provide;
• they must follow all Eladé Studio rules, hygiene standards, health and safety requirements, booking procedures and brand standards;
• they must not carry out services they are not qualified, insured or approved to perform;
• they must use only the allocated chair, station or area and must leave it clean, tidy and ready for the next user;
• they must not damage, remove or misuse Eladé Studio property, furniture, equipment, stock or displays;
• they must not bring unauthorised products, tools, equipment, chemicals or assistants into the studio without approval;
• they must not transfer, share, sublet or assign their chair booking without our written consent;
• they must not book outside the approved booking platform unless agreed by Eladé Studio in writing;
• they must not overcrowd the studio or bring additional assistants, guests or clients beyond what has been agreed.
Eladé Studio may suspend, cancel or refuse chair rental access if a professional breaches these Terms & Conditions, fails to meet required standards, receives serious complaints, causes damage, behaves inappropriately or creates a safety, legal, reputational or operational risk.

16. Professional Clients and Independent Service Providers
15. Chair Rental Terms
Some services, products or experiences at Eladé Studio may be provided by independent professionals, third-party brands or external suppliers.
Where you book or receive a service with an independent professional working from Eladé Studio, that professional may be responsible for delivering the service to you. Eladé Studio may provide the space, booking platform, environment, facilities or support, but the independent professional remains responsible for their own work, conduct, advice, products, tools, hygiene, pricing and service delivery unless Eladé Studio expressly confirms otherwise.
If you have an issue with a service provided by an independent professional, please contact us and we will review the matter where appropriate. However, Eladé Studio is not automatically liable for the independent professional's acts, omissions, advice, negligence or service outcome, except where required by law.
17. Concept Store and Brand Display Terms
Eladé Studio may allow selected third-party brands to display, promote, sample or sell products within the studio, through the concept store, at events, through pop-ups or through agreed brand activations.
Concept store, brand display, product placement, pop-up and brand activation arrangements are not currently booked through the chair booking app. These arrangements are reviewed, quoted and confirmed separately by email or by another written process approved by Eladé Studio.
Brand participation may be subject to separate commercial terms, including fees, commission, stock arrangements, display periods, sales handling, payment schedules, product collection, display rules, marketing rights, insurance requirements, product liability and minimum standards.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, brands remain responsible for their own products, stock, product information, product safety, labels, legal compliance, returns, exchanges, refunds, product claims, insurance and customer support.
Brands are responsible for ensuring that their products:
• are safe, lawful and suitable for sale, sampling, display or promotion in the UK;
• comply with all applicable labelling, consumer, safety, cosmetic, product, trading and advertising regulations;
• are accurately described and not misleading;
• do not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• are supported by appropriate insurance where required.
Eladé Studio reserves the right to refuse, remove, stop displaying or stop promoting any product or brand that does not meet our standards or may create legal, safety, operational, reputational or customer issues.
18. Concept Store Items and Third-Party Products
Products displayed or sold through the Eladé Studio concept store may be provided by Eladé Studio or by selected third-party brands.
Product availability, pricing and descriptions may change at any time. We aim to describe products accurately, but colours, packaging, sizing, texture, finish and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, display settings, natural variation, brand updates or supplier changes.
Where a product is sold by Eladé Studio, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
Where a product is sold by an independent third-party brand, that brand may be responsible for the product, sale, return, exchange, refund, product information and aftercare, unless Eladé Studio confirms otherwise.
Eladé Hair products, including wigs, extensions, bundles and hair pieces, are subject to separate Eladé Hair Terms & Conditions shown on the Eladé Hair website, including specific rules on hygiene, customisation, returns, exchanges, product care and maintenance.
19. Pricing and Availability
We may change prices, services, studio hire options, chair rental options, concept store opportunities, packages, products and offers at any time.
A price is only confirmed once your booking, quote, invoice, written agreement or order has been accepted by Eladé Studio.
If there is an obvious pricing or availability error, we may cancel the booking, order, quote or arrangement and offer you the option to rebook, repurchase or proceed at the correct price.
Products, services, chairs, studio hire dates, concept store spaces, professionals, time slots and packages are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that a specific product, stylist, professional, chair, service time, studio slot, display space or concept store opportunity will always be available.
Studio hire, concept store arrangements, brand display opportunities, events, pop-ups, launches, workshops, content days and other non-chair bookings are not currently booked through the chair booking app. These will be handled, quoted and confirmed separately by email or another written method approved by Eladé Studio. This process may change in the future if additional booking types are added to the app or booking platform.
20. Insurance, Qualifications and Compliance
We may require studio hire users, chair renters, brands, suppliers, contractors or event organisers to hold appropriate insurance. This may include public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, employer's liability insurance, product liability insurance or any other insurance appropriate to the booking or activity.
You must provide evidence of insurance if we request it.
Professionals, brands and studio hire users are responsible for ensuring they hold all licences, permissions, consents, qualifications, registrations and approvals needed for their activities, services, products, content, music, attendees, suppliers and staff.
21. Health, Safety and Hygiene
All clients, professionals, brands, visitors and attendees must comply with Eladé Studio's health, safety and hygiene standards.
Professionals using the studio must maintain clean tools, sanitary workstations and safe working practices. They are responsible for complying with all relevant hygiene, health and safety, insurance and professional standards applicable to their services.
Studio hire users, brands and event organisers must ensure their activities are safe and must not block exits, overload sockets, create trip hazards, use unsafe equipment, bring hazardous materials without approval or put people or property at risk.
Clients and visitors must not attend the studio if they have a contagious condition, illness, infestation, open wound, infection or other issue that may pose a risk to others. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone access or a service if we believe it may be unsafe to proceed.
22. Cleaning, Damage and Additional Charges
You must leave the studio, chair, station, display area or hired space clean, tidy and in the condition it was provided.
You are responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, missing items, overtime, replacement, repair or additional cost caused by you, your clients, guests, models, staff, suppliers, contractors, attendees, brand representatives or anyone attending as part of your booking or arrangement.
Additional charges may apply for cleaning, damage, overtime, missing items, security, staffing, unauthorised use, product residue, hair, makeup, food, drink, packaging, props, decorations, spills, stains, marks or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You must report any damage, spill, fault, breakage, accident or issue immediately.
23. Equipment, Furniture, Props and External Suppliers
Any equipment, props, styling items, products or furniture provided by Eladé Studio must be used carefully and only for its intended purpose.
You must not remove any Eladé Studio property from the premises.
Furniture and equipment must not be moved unless agreed by us. If we allow furniture or equipment to be moved, it must be returned to its original position before the end of the booking.
You must tell us in advance if you plan to bring large equipment, electrical items, lighting, backdrops, props, furniture, catering, external suppliers or contractors into the studio. We may refuse any equipment or supplier that we consider unsafe, unsuitable, too large, disruptive or likely to cause damage.
24. Photography, Video and Content
Eladé Studio may create photo, video or social media content in the studio. We will seek consent before using identifiable client images for marketing where required. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please tell us before your appointment or studio visit.
You may take personal photos or videos in approved areas, provided this does not disturb others or capture other clients, staff, professionals, private areas, brands, products or confidential activity without permission.
Professionals, brands and studio hire users must obtain proper permissions, licences, releases and consents from all models, clients, guests, creators, attendees and participants involved in their content.
You may not use Eladé's name, logo, branding, studio image or intellectual property in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.
If you tag, mention or feature Eladé Studio in content, we may reshare or repost that content unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
25. Intellectual Property
All content on the Eladé Studio website, booking platform, social media, marketing materials and studio branding belongs to Eladé Studio, Eladé UK Ltd or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
This includes, but is not limited to:

26. Food, Drink, Alcohol, Music and Noise
Food and drink may only be brought into the studio with care and must not damage, stain or disrupt the space. You are responsible for cleaning up and removing all food, drink, packaging, glassware, bottles and waste by the end of the booking.
Alcohol is not permitted unless agreed by us in writing in advance. If alcohol is approved, you are responsible for ensuring it is served and consumed lawfully, responsibly and safely. We may refuse or stop alcohol consumption at any time if we consider it unsafe, excessive, inappropriate or likely to cause disruption.
Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level and must not disturb other users, staff, clients, neighbours or the building. Live music, DJs, amplified sound, microphones, speakers or similar equipment are not permitted unless agreed by us in writing in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any item, person, product or activity we consider unsafe, unsuitable or inappropriate.
28. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own personal belongings and for the belongings of your clients, guests, team members, models, suppliers, contractors, attendees and brand representatives.
Eladé Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced personal items, equipment, tools, stock, products, clothing, bags, devices or valuables, except where caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, products, actions or services. Any dealings with third parties are between you and that third party, unless expressly stated otherwise.
31. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, Eladé Studio is not liable for:
• indirect, incidental or consequential loss;
